- Do you ship cigars outside Switzerland?
- Yes, we deliver worldwide. You can also pick up your order directly at our showrooms in Hamburg, Monaco or Geneva.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Delivery is free in Switzerland. For Europe: €25 standard or €59 express. For the rest of the world: €129 standard. Any customs duties are at the customer’s charge.
- Why are your prices up to 20% below the market price?
- Thanks to a long-term purchasing policy and a simple sales technique, we can grant up to 20% discount on our products compared with the market price.
- Can I buy single cigars instead of a full box?
